So you’re looking for information on where to buy Dead Sea salts. If so, you’ve come to the right place. Here I’m going to outline some of the best resources (in my opinion) where to get a good deal on Dead Sea salts.

o Skin Care Dermatologists – Many (even most) dermatologists are now offering a special class on skin care for those suffering from inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema or acne. During this 2 hour class, the students will be given an extensive overview of Dead Sea salts and how they have been used for centuries for skin care. You will also see examples of some of their skin care products and how they work. There will be a break away area where you can ask any questions. Most will offer to answer your questions as well.

o Bath and Body Works – This is my personal favorite (and the one that’s recommended most often by friends). They offer bath salts that are great for sensitive skin and that have been proven as excellent for healing various ailments and/or problems. Of course you’ll need to make sure they don’t have an addictive quality, but hey, who’s’ there to judge. I also enjoy seeing the beautiful testimonial page on their site from someone who actually bought and tried their bath salt product!

o Herbal Gourmet – This company offers both a bath salt and a complete natural, soothing skin care line. The bath salts are wonderful for relaxing and soothe your skin. The essential oils used are great for soothing and healing irritations. I’ve even used the essential oils for colds, flu and sore throat relief. If you have any problems with your immune system, including a cold or the flu, it would be beneficial to use a product with essential oils.

o Bath and Body Works – My favorite (and still my favorite) is Gourmet’s because of their hypoallergenic qualities. They do not contain any chemicals or preservatives and they have some of the best salts on the market. Their bath salts help sooth the dry skin, while the essential oils sooth the irritated areas and calm the nervous system. I love that they have a line of soothing bath salts that you can use in the tub.

o Zenmed – I like them because they have a line of magnesium creams that are good for treating a variety of skin problems including acne, eczema, dermatitis, oily skin, zits and pimples. They have a special formula that is composed of bentonite clay and magnesium carbonate for fast acting and soothing relief of skin irritations. The ingredients used in the cream help to reduce redness and inflammation caused by dry, flaky skin. Bentonite clay is the best natural treatment for acne as it helps to clean out pores, unclog clogged pores and heal inflamed and aggravated skin.

o Paula’s Choice – I love Paula’s Choice because they offer a wonderful line of bath and body products that are made from natural ingredients. Some of the bath soaps have a cooling effect on the skin while some can aid in exfoliating the skin to reveal smoother and more toned skin. I particularly like their bath salt. It not only helps to soften your skin but it also has a light feeling after using it. This is ideal for people with sensitive skin because the salt makes the skin feel smooth and refreshed. It’s a great alternative to harsher bath soaps.

The above list is far from complete. There are many other great bath and body products that can help with your skin and the skin issues that can result from it. If you have some extra money to spend, you can also splash out on a mineral mask or put together an all natural healing spa package that includes a salt spray and dead sea salts. Either way, you’re sure to find something that will work well for you. Whatever you do, though, don’t neglect bath and body healthy and happy. With so many options available, you are sure to find something that will fit your lifestyle.
